These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 92pk ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 92pk website located at https://92pk.cam and all associated services, features and content made available through it.

92pk is an English-language online sports betting and live casino information platform serving Pakistani audiences, including users in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and elsewhere across Pakistan. By accessing, browsing or using any part of the 92pk platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of 92pk immediately. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 92pk.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an active account on 92pk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or licence jurisdiction applicable to your account. If you are under the applicable minimum age, you must not register, access or use the Platform under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or trustee of a third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, agent or immediate family member of an employee of 92pk or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion arrangement imposed by 92pk or any third-party responsible gambling programme.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each User may register and maintain only one account on 92pk. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited. 92pk reserves the right to close any or all duplicate accounts and to withhold balances pending investigation.

4.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and update it promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. 92pk will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access attributable to your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You agree to notify our support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC). 92pk may require identity verification documents — including but not limited to a valid CNIC, passport, proof of address and liveness check — before processing withdrawals or at any point during the account lifecycle. Verification documents must be submitted through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal only. You must not submit altered, obscured or falsified documents. Doing so constitutes fraud and may be referred to relevant authorities.

4.5 Account Currency. Accounts on 92pk operate in the designated account currency selected at registration. Where amounts are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs), they reflect the applicable exchange rate at the relevant time and may fluctuate.

5.1 Permitted Use. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 92pk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

5.2 Platform Availability. 92pk does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 92pk shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability.

5.3 Third-Party Links. The Platform may contain references to third-party services. Any such references are provided for informational context only and do not constitute an endorsement, partnership or affiliation. 92pk is not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of third-party services.

5.4 No Warranties. The Platform and all content thereon is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

5.5 Software and Technical Requirements. You are responsible for ensuring your device and internet connection are sufficient to access the Platform. 92pk is not responsible for compatibility issues, data charges, or technical failures on your device.

6.1 Accepted Methods. The deposit methods available to you will depend on your jurisdiction, account status and the operator's current payment configuration. Methods commonly available to Pakistani users may include bank transfers, mobile wallet services and other digital payment channels. Payment provider names referenced on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as contextual references only. Their mention does not imply that those providers endorse, facilitate, or are affiliated with gambling on the 92pk Platform.

6.2 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, credit cards issued in another person's name, or funds derived from illegal activity are strictly prohibited.

6.3 Minimum Deposit. Minimum deposit amounts are determined by the operator and the selected payment method. These are subject to change at the operator's discretion. Current minimums are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform.

6.4 Currency Conversion. Where deposits are made in a currency other than your account currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing rate. 92pk is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification, fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds, and compliance with these Terms. 92pk reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending verification review.

7.2 Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are subject to operator review workloads. 92pk makes no guarantee of specific processing timelines. Standard processing may take between one and seven business days depending on the selected payout method.

7.3 Name Matching Requirement. The name registered on your 92pk account must exactly match the name on your nominated withdrawal account. Requests where names do not match may be declined pending further verification.

7.4 Withdrawal to Same Method. 92pk may require that withdrawals be processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit. This is an anti-money laundering control and not subject to User override.

7.5 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Withdrawal minimums and maximums are set by the operator and displayed within the cashier section. These may vary by User tier, KYC status and selected method.

8.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback awards and promotional offers made available through 92pk are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for the matters they address.

8.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, qualifying game/bet types, time limits and minimum odds are specified in each offer's individual terms.

8.3 One Bonus Per User. Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is limited to one claim per User, household, device IP address, and payment method. Attempts to circumvent this restriction — including through duplicate accounts — constitute bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture of all associated funds and account termination.

8.4 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed or unmet bonus offers will expire in accordance with the timelines set out in the individual promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from account balances without liability to 92pk.

8.5 92pk's Right to Modify Offers. 92pk reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring entitlements already validly claimed prior to modification.

9.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by the operator. 92pk reserves the right to decline, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including where the bet exceeds applicable stake limits, where a system error is suspected, or where the integrity of the relevant event is in question.

9.2 Palpable Errors. Where odds or lines are published as a result of a manifest error (palpable error), 92pk reserves the right to void any bets placed at those erroneous odds, regardless of whether the bet has settled. The User will be refunded the original stake.

9.3 Event Cancellation and Postponement. If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond a period specified in the relevant sport's rules, bets on that event will typically be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules apply per sport and market type.

9.4 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) markets are offered on selected events. Odds in live markets change continuously. Once a bet is confirmed by the system, it is binding. Connectivity delays between a User's device and 92pk servers may occasionally result in bets being placed at odds that have already moved; accepted bets stand unless a palpable error applies.

9.5 Integrity and Match Fixing. Any User found to have participated in, or facilitated, match-fixing, result manipulation, or any form of corrupt conduct in connection with a sporting event on which they have placed bets will have their account immediately suspended, all funds withheld, and the matter may be reported to relevant sporting integrity authorities.

10.1 Commitment to Responsible Play. 92pk is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and that such harm can occur regardless of income level, experience or background. We take this responsibility seriously.

10.2 Adults-Only Access. 92pk is strictly for adults aged 18 and over, or the higher minimum required by the applicable operator or licence jurisdiction. The Platform must not be used by minors. Users who become aware of a minor attempting to use the Platform must notify 92pk immediately via the support email.

10.3 Player Controls. Users may request the following responsible gambling tools at any time through account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you may lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session lengths and receive reality-check reminders.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Request a temporary account suspension ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or extended self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt and may not be reversed during the agreed exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 92pk Platform. Any User found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or terminated, funds withheld, and the matter referred to relevant authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one account, or registering using false or third-party identity information.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or other software to access, scrape, exploit or manipulate the Platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies or systematic exploitation of pricing errors in a manner that constitutes abuse of the Platform.
• Colluding with other users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any betting market.
• Depositing, laundering or transferring funds obtained through illegal activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise interfere with the Platform's underlying technology.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff or other users.
• Circumventing any geographical or access restrictions applied by 92pk, including through the use of VPN services or proxy servers.

12.1 All content on the 92pk Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of 92pk or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12.2 You are granted a limited licence to access and view Platform content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without express prior written consent from 92pk.

12.3 The 92pk name, logo and all related marks are proprietary to 92pk. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any trademark, trade name, service mark or logo of 92pk without our prior written consent.

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92pk, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

13.2 92pk's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 92pk account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 92pk's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13.4 Gambling Losses. 92pk accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by Users. Participation in betting markets is entirely voluntary and at the User's own financial risk. It is the User's sole responsibility to determine whether participation is appropriate given their financial circumstances.

14.1 Closure by User. You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the 92pk support team. Prior to closure, you should withdraw any positive balance in your account. Balances remaining in closed accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable dormancy and escheatment procedures.

14.2 Closure by 92pk. 92pk reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time with immediate effect where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the User has engaged in fraudulent, abusive or illegal conduct; (c) the User's identity or age cannot be satisfactorily verified; or (d) closure is required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

14.3 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure, any pending bonus funds, free bets or promotional credit that has not yet satisfied its applicable wagering requirements shall be forfeited. Validly won and withdrawable balances will be processed subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92pk is incorporated or registered, as determined by the operator.

15.2 Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that online gambling is subject to complex and evolving local law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and agree that it is their sole responsibility to obtain independent legal advice regarding their specific circumstances if required.

15.3 92pk does not claim that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. No content on the Platform, and nothing in these Terms, constitutes a representation that gambling services are legally available in any particular location.

15.4 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and 92pk regarding these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact the 92pk support team to seek an informal resolution. 92pk is committed to resolving complaints fairly and promptly.
